• Successful representation of the Beneficiary of a group of companies with similar business interests in the alcohol business, with a market share of over 17%. As a result, creditors were refused to hold the Beneficiary to subsidiary liability in an amount of more than RUB 2.5 billion, the rank of affiliates was downgraded in the creditor claims register by more than RUB 500 million and transactions over RUB 3 billion in all companies of the Beneficiary were defended. Today, the representation of the Beneficiary has not been completed and disputes over subsidiary liability and invalidation of transactions by creditors are still in progress.
• Legal support for a major holding company engaged in cable production: an agreement was prepared to restructure the holding company's debts to a major Russian bank in an amount of over RUB 2 billion. Due to the appearance of other creditors, preparations were later made for all the holding group companies to go into bankruptcy. Due to a corporate conflict, the work was interrupted during the transition to bankruptcy proceedings of all the companies. A significant result is that the heads of the companies in the holding company have not been held liable for subsidiary liability due to the timely preparation of the companies for bankruptcy.
• Protection of a secured creditor's interests in bankruptcy of an individual. The creditor's claims were declared pledged despite the objections of other creditors and were included in the third rank of the list of creditors. The court denied the financial receiver and other creditors' requests to declare the transactions with the Trustor invalid. The total amount of the included claims is over 600 million rubles.
