• Representation of a major steel company in a criminal case in which the owner and head of a general contractor were accused of embezzlement of over four billion roubles, part of which was legalised by the defendant.
  Legal assistance resulted in the prosecution of that person and the recovery of damages.
  Subsequently, in the course of the bankruptcy case, the lawyer successfully challenged the chain of transactions through which the convict had laundered the money stolen from the Client. Thereby bankruptcy assets have been increased and the Client's property rights have been restored.
• Representation of a major energy supply company (a guaranteed supplier of electricity) before law enforcement authorities in connection with criminal prosecution of managers and owners of organisations of electricity consumers in connection with their infliction of hundreds of millions of roubles in property damage to the Client by means of deception. Legal assistance resulted in convictions of the above-mentioned individuals and compensation by these individuals for the property damage caused to the Client.
• Representation of the Client in corporate disputes over participation in a group of companies which are Russia's largest dealers in heavy mining equipment. The peculiarities of the case were that the disputes were conducted in different regions of Russia, the Client was not a dominant shareholder of the companies and the main task was to resolve the conflict amicably by concluding an agreement taking into account the interests of the Client. The Client's aim was achieved: the parties to the conflict reached an amicable settlement on terms satisfactory to all parties to the conflict.
• Representition of the Client in a dispute over recognition of an exclusive right to a feature film script, involving major media projects in the country. The opponent's claim prevented the release of a already produced full-length film. As a result of the court dispute, the exclusive right to the work was recognised by the Principal, and the film has been distributed (box office receipts amounted more than one billion roubles).
