• Successful complex defense of the interests of the Client, one of the world's largest aviation holdings, in a bankruptcy case (separate dispute on subsidiary liability). The Trustee's claims for subsidiary liability were dismissed.
• Successfully protected the interests of the Client, a foreign managing company, in bankruptcy cases of legal entities belonging to a major Russian trade group of companies, in a series of independent disputes on bringing them to subsidiary liability. As a result, claims to bring the Principal to subsidiary liability were dismissed; the total amount of the Principal's interests protected was over RUB 6 billion.
• Successful legal representation of a financial development institution in the Russian real estate sector and its group companies in disputes over the full range of commercial activities (lease, land, contractual relations and bankruptcy). As a result, the total amount of the Client's interests protected is over RUB 10 billion.
• Successfully represented, as part of a legal team, a major steel industry manufacturer in International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC at the RF CCI) to recover over USD 1bn in damages caused by breach of the shareholders' agreement. As a result, proceedings against the Client were dismissed by arbitrators of the ICAC at the CCI RF, and the Client's interests of USD 1 billion were secured
